My phone keeps acting up it will shut down apps by it self and the music app wont play or read the music !!! Can any one help???

Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting Wipe Data/Factory Reset, make sure you select Wipe Cache Partition. When complete, then select Reboot System Now.

Ok i did that it help a lot but apps r still closing by them self even apps i am using too will stop and say sorry this temporary stopped ...

It may be that some app you installed is causing instability. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until things become more stable. Unfortunately, there isn't a really easy way to pinpoint these kinds of problems if it's due to an app. Try to uninstall your most recently installed apps first.

I did i fix most of it but now it asking me to root my phone ???

That's puzzling. Where is it asking you to root the phone?

If that's happening when you run a particular app, that app can only run on a rooted phone.

But if I root my phone will it help it or hurt it???
