Zumocast not playing some files

I think I've seen some people in the same boat as me...I can't get Zumocast to play some .avi files, and none of my .mkv files. I still can't understand why it won't since they are both technically supported. For example, I can play Austin Powers International Man of Mystery, it's an .mp4 file. But I can't play Back to the Future an .mkv file. But I can play Austin Powers Goldmember, which is an .mkv file. I keep Blu-Ray copies of most of my movies that have Blu-Ray copies made for them, because obviously they look awesome :p. But for some reason I also can't play my live Chickenfoot show, which is a Blu-Ray .avi file. Most of my .avi files work, but this specific one does not. I'll post the mediainfo stats on both a working .avi file and this one that doesn't work, and also an .mkv file, maybe I'm doing something wrong in the codec?
EDIT: Also, just so you know, I'm getting the error: Zumocast was not able to playback this file; it might not be in a supported format.
And also, I've been unable to play .mov files as well, which is what all the videos from my Video Production class are all exported in.

zumocast is pissing me off tonight. I've got a few files downloaded, but they don't show up in the downloads pane of ZC. they show up (and they play) from the Files app. I just downloaded another video as a test, and it shows up (the only file) in zumocast's download pane. WTH??? I've tried Refresh, but that doesn't bring back the missing files. It's a pain to access the files from the Files app. Hope this isn't going to be an ongoing issue with ZC.

I had installed Zumocast the other day and it worked for me the first day and ever since has not streamed any videos at all. I also noticed Zumocast was using huge amounts of CPU on my computer so I uninstalled it. My computer is running fine now. I guess I'll have to find an alternative.

Zumocast is working great for me. I haven't found any files that won't play. I did have one of the disks on my server disappear, but I added it again and it has been fine ever since.

I have .avi and .mkv files which appear to be very similar to the files you are having problems with that play for me.

Does there seem to be any similarities to the files that are working or not working?
Could it be a connection problem?(Bad data signal)
