Did I unroot my phone on accident??

I think I may have unrooted my TB by accident. I thought I just turned my phone on but, I guess I had the vol down button pushed as well. My phone came up and asked to press vol up to update or press vol down to cancel. Not knowing what to do or why I got this screen to start with. I pushed vol up and it completely wiped my phone. Do I now need to reroot? Even though I still have my super user app? I am a noob, please be patient with me...I did follow the insructions on how to root. But after that I don't know how to flash a custom ROM onto my TB. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you still have super user you're still rooted. Download shoot me to verify SU works. Also download rom manager so you can install clock work recovery.

You need to take the 400MB PMG-something file off your SD card so it doesn't try and instal it whenever you go to h boot like you just did.

No you have to delete the file from your phone check your sdcard
