Unlock Sim Card

Hi guys im new on this but today i decide to root my cell.... so i pay to unlock by imei i already unlocked but when i root with revolution and install rom manager with the sense 3.0 rom the phone is nice but no SIM UNLOCK SCREEN appear i can use my cellphone now, please just tell me if there is a way to unlock the sim card with the code or if there another rom to install it instead of this if this doesnt have a solution.

Try another rom. Make sure you back up your existing setup through rom manager first. Then download a rom like skyraider which I believe has global support. Then wipe data and cache before installing a rom via recovery or rom manager. It is important that you have made a full backup successfully before you do this.
