We just activated a few and I have to say, the activation process is a bit long. Considering that when you hook it to Cellebrite, there are a few extra steps compared to the Eris and Moto Droid.

But overall, it has been an uneventful release day here. I know other stores around me are running out quickly. I personally am down to 4 units desperately searching for more!!!

mine is waiting for me at home, but from what i've read there are extra steps to get all of your social accounts sync'd up. you need to enter your facebook info, twitter info, youtube info, flickr info, etc.

i would imagine that's what he's talking about

Well? when you plug into cellebrite. You basically go to Apps/development/USB Debugging and Stay Awake.

This time there are a few extra steps. Which is no real problem. Just a bit longer. Takes forever when you have a customer hovering over you drooling!..lmao
