OK so you guys know the screen that comes up when you hit the bottom left up arrow button where all of your icons are found? using the sense ui you can have icons in different windows...is there any way that once you move them to another window that you can delete them from the page you get with the arrow up? i am wondering because i hate having them in 2 places and my arrow up screen is very cluttered with apps now. i hope this is an easily understandable question!

There isn't a way to do this. The all programs window houses all of your programs and they stay there whether you have shortcuts to them on one of your homescreens or not.

Think of the app screen the one with all your apps as your "My Programs" folder in Windows. While the sliding "scenes" are your desktop. When you place the icons on your desktop it's just a shortcut to the apps in the apps list.
