Is the screen replaceable if gets wet, puddles, and stays black. Seems like the phone is working otherwise.

I haven't heard of that one. You can replace the screen yourself if you are tech-savvy enough, but if you want to send it in to Verizon to get fixed, chances are they will replace your phone with a Droid Incredible 2. Check out Google for some sites that are selling replacement screens and there are a couple of sites that can help you on the tech side of it.
