Sync and edit Microsoft word documents between pc and Incredible?

I am in the process of deciding between iphone 4 and Incredible. I'm coming from blackberry storm. I am trying to avoid moving towards ATT and would prefer to stay with Verizon. With my blackberry, I can easily sync word documents back and forth between my pc and phone. I am trying to figure out if this will also be possible on Incredible if I make the move?

Try Dropbox. It is a free service with 2g of space that you can access from any computer. I keep my docs and pics in Dropbox to save space on my phone but can still access the docs where ever I am. You can pay for additional capacity if needed.

I tried Dropbox. If I make a change on my phone to an excel sheet using Docstogo I couldn't figure out how to get the changed sheet to upload to dropbox. Can it do that?
