Problem with my contact card

When I try to open My Contact Card in my phone book it just constantly says loading. When I long press it I have the option to edit or send it.
When I press edit it 2 come up.
1)Phone-only (unsynced)
2)Google

I can go into both and edit them but how do I get to open them when in the phone book section of my phone.
This happened right after I rooted then updated to Froyo.

Figured out the problem.
I had Unknown Sources checked in applications and I also had USB Debugging checked in development.
Once I unchecked both of these I was able to access My Contact Card.

Oh well I just lost it again.
While I was editing the address in my contact card I closed it out and now when I go to open it it just says loading.
If anyone has a solution to this please let me know.
Also I am able to sync with Google but not with Verizon. Maybe this has something to do with it.
