SDCard memory question

Hi everyone, I'm considering getting a Dinc, depending on TB pricing. One question I had is, how quickly does the memory get used up? I saw that it only comes with an 8GB card, and compared to a droid X or even a fascinate that's half, which worries me.

It depends on what you put on it. Its a fairly good amount. You can always get a 16 or 32G if 8 is not enough.

To give you an example you could get about 2000 songs on it Or 2000-5000 pictures depending on their size Or 6-7 movies also depending on size.

I agree with CW - it's all in what you do with the SD card. I have an 8 gig card and have no problems. I had a 2 gig card that was more then sufficient for what I was doing until I started flashing ROM's and then it got tight with Nandroids and downloads.

8 gig is more than enough. You can always upgrade the card if you really need more space.

I started with 2 gig, but wanted my whole music collection (about 2000 songs) so I upgraded to the 16Gig. Then I got the video out cable so I can put movies on my 3year old's TV screen in the back seat of the car when he starts to get fussy. So I upgraded to the 32GB and loaded it up with disney movies. I still have about 10GB left..
