Q: "always on" ringtone profile for important contacts

So, I know everyone here is tired of the "back when I had a Blackberry" threads, but indulge me if you have a minute to spare

With the BB I could set it such that even when my phone was on silent (eg at night) it would still ring/notify for contacts I deemed important.

I know there are profile apps in the market, does anyone know of one that can accomplish this? I've had no luck with what I've found, just very basic "phone only" type profiles.

There are apps.. One I know of is called "Auto Ring", it's free.

Thanks again good sir! This seems perfect, even says it turns on automatically when I put the phone on silent so functionally it should be just like my BB.

I had come across one called Foxy Ring, but it was more complicated and crashed a lot. Had some cool time/location based functionality if anyone is interested but that was too much for me.
