I was wondering is there a stock rom that just optimizes performance and fixes the random reboots and battery life?

If you have unlocked your bootloader, rooted and ready to start playing with ROMs there are a TON of options... You really can enjoy some awesome options that go far beyond the stock ROM feel. Since that's what you are asking for though.. I would probably just recommend going with Peter Alfonso's Bugless Beast ROM. Its a mostly stock ROM, now updated to 4.0.4, with very few customizations but its supposed to have a great focus on stability and performance. I would personally recommend the Crossbones ICS custom rom because of its very good battery life and performance...but you could give the others a try as well.

May I also recommend Javroch's Clean AOSP rom - Available in this subforum - it's a no frills, AOSP experience, with a couple of tweaks for enhanced performance.
