WiFi/data, music video and music player question

New to android so I'm still learning some things...

Question 1:

So whenever I'm connected over a WiFi network will my phone automatically stop using data from my plan?

Question 2:

How can I get HD music videos on my GN so I can edit them for a caller ID?

Question 3:

I have a macbook pro....what are my options for a central music player other than iTunes?

3. Google Music works phenomenally well. Sync 100% with iTunes, including playlists. Upload up to 20k of your own songs for free and stream them on any Android device or any computer. Might not want to use it on your phone if you don't have unlimited data, but depends on average usage and if you have wifi at home/work
