Making a webpage a virtual app

I know that you are able to do this with the Galaxy Nexus, I have done it before. I can't seem to figure out how to do it again, however.

My question is:

How do you take a webpage, and create a shortcut with an icon (like an app) that you can place right on your homescreen?

The easiest way is to first bookmark the site,


then go to your app drawer, slide over to widgets and look for "Bookmark". drag that to your homescreeen, then when the menu pops up asking you to select a bookmark, select the web page you want to use.
