Okay, I got the OTA now how can I re-root?

I was previously rooted via the WUG method. Did running the OTA re-lock my Bootloader? And how can I re-root now?

No it didn't re-lock it. You just need to flash a custom recovery, then flash the SU zip found in dmmarck's OTA thread.
