Hello, I'm wondering if someone can advise me on what to do with my contacts on my Thunderbolt. I recently noticed that when I try to update a contact on my phone that it suddenly disappears.
For example, I updated a family contact last night on my phone. Now when I go to people and then groups my family group has 27 contacts, but when I log onto gmail from my computer the group still has 28. I tried re-syncing, but that didn't help. I don't think the contact was deleted because her name still shows up in my handcent program, but it won't find her name when I start searching for it and when I try to start a new thread nor can I simply type her name in the phone app to call her...everything for her seems gone.
One other thing, I've also noticed that custom phone labels that I create in contacts with my computer (Example: Mom's Cell instead of just plain Mobile)...only shows up as custom on my phone. Any thoughts? It worked just fine when I had the original Motorola Droid.
I'm running stock Android "unrooted" with an OTA MR2 update.
