Text photo ID missing

Hello All.
I have just joined a few days ago.
Let start by saying, although not a novice to all things cyber, the Thunderbolt that I just got this past Saturday is my first smartphone.
My question is this. Whenever I send a text to anyone, instead of my photo (from Facebook) and my cell number showing up on the recipients phone as the sender, only a series of numbers show up. They look like a phone number but not anything associated with my account. However, when my Wife sends me a text from her new Thunderbolt, everything shows up as it should. As is the case with anyone else that texts me. I receive everything fine from everyone, but when I send, the ID is not there.

Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks for your time.

Reported Problem: Recipients of text messages are not seeing your cell phone number. Instead they seem coming from from your IMSI.

Delete all the messages in your SMS folder and do a battery pull... worked on my Bolt, and lots of others here on the forums Good Luck

Hey!! That worked. I deleted all messages, and powered down. pulled the battery, replaced it. Now name, number, and photo are showing up. Texts are also moving much, much faster Thank you all so much.
