Hands Free ~ "Answer or Reject?"

Since the Lollipop update when I use my phone in the Hands Free Mode in the car it used to ask "Answer or Reject" when a call came in then you could tell it what to do without touching the phone.
Now with Lollipop you have to answer it manually as a regular call and then you have to turn on Speaker Phone.
I used to use this Hands Free feature all the time!
I know something got changed in the settings but I have yet to find it!
Can anyone help me??

I followed the video and checked what he did, (my layout was a little different) but still won't answer with voice command. ???

Found the "work around" for this problem.
Settings > Phone > Sound and Notifications > Uncheck ~ Vibrate when ringing!
Doesn't make sense but it works now!
