Okay, I have the Opitimus V for Virgin Mobile. I've had it for a while now, but all of a sudden it doesn't have sound on incoming/outgoing calls. My ringtone plays low (like half of what it should be), and then I have to put it on speakerphone to answer the call. If I don't, then I don't hear any sound. I'm pretty sure it's not a setting. Does anyone think there's a solution? I had Virgin Mobile reprogram my phone a few times, but the problem remains. Would a hard reset do any good? I did buy an HTC EVO V, but I don't like it. I'm going to send it back.
