Recovering Whatsapp chats and sms messages..

Hi, I've encountering a lot a problems with my Lg V20 without root access.
But I can boot the phone and use it but if I open WhatsApp, sms app and other apps I get many errors and the apps crash.
I'd like to get WhatsApp chats and sms messages but I don't know how can I recover thembin my new phone.
I didn't hit a backup in Google Drive.
I checked for some apps in Windows but they require root permits.
Please help me...

You want to get unbacked-up data from a phone that's not working? correctly? First bring it to a repair shop and ask if they'll even do it (most won't). Then they'll have to back up the entire userdata partition, fix the phone, restore the partition and you have to hope that WhatsApp and the other apps didn't destroy their own data.
