I'm having some problems with my phone and need some help, and I'm hoping that someone will be able to take a few minutes to help me, walk me through a clean install, I have been getting a lot of dropped calls and such, and it's only after the new software update, I have tried factory reset, but, that didn't help, soo... what is the best way to do a very clean install of the new software, so that all else is wiped clean, I also need to do a triangle away thing, so i am guessing I need to root ?.. but, I don't want to leave it rooted.. because, I think this phone is going to end up going back for warranty repairs... can anyone PLEASE help me?
