downloaded the turbo lollipop update on 7/24, when it went to restart it never came back on.
it went completely dead as though no battery took it to the Verizon store and nonchalantly said software problem we will just send it back and a new one is on its way, been searching all over and have never heard of anyone else having this, I mean it is completely dead, put it on the wireless charger and the light stayed on overnight as opposed to usually shutting down after 6 hours or so. (light on the charger, phone does absolutely nothing) so, not a big deal , just kind of hate the idea of setting up a new phone again as I never use the cloud and losing some great photos.
