One thing I find really frustrating is battery life when using a web browser. I can use my phone for hours when I'm using web apps but the minute I use a browser like chrome...I can literally see the battery percent going down in front of my eyes.

When this happens I can understand why Apple removed flash support. But even with less flash content there is still noticeable battery dream on web browsing...

Do you typically have a lot of tabs open in Chrome? If so, does it help to close most of them?

What kind of websites are you browsing?
I can see where lots of animated images would be a problem.
Definitely, movies and flash will pull more power.

Yep, and watch out for embedded video ads--if they run automatically, I would imagine that they would also suck power.

I just moved to dolphin from Chrome. I belive there is a known memory leak in Chrome at the moment, there's a few forums on the internet taking about it. Dolphin also has a ad blocker which is cool!
