Gallery not loading my Picasa Web Albums

My new Epic Touch 4G (Sprint Galaxy S II) Gallery app does not seem to link to my Picasa Web Albums. I am not sure where the linkage to the album is. I have tried pulling the battery, rebooting, and clearing the data in the applications settings.

I have never seen this issue before. Usually, it takes time, but eventually it loads. No such luck on this phone...

Anyone have a solution? I'd appreciate the help.

try Settings>Account & Sync>look for the account you use for Picassa>Make sure the "Sync Picassa Web album box is check
