Broken screen! trying to access device with Ultimate touchscreen control

Hi

Fortunately USB debugging is on, unfortunately when connected to the PC the default mode is camera mode and since the touchscreen is dead I cannot choose mass storage mode. ADB recognizes the device when it's powered off only, is there a command I can put to enable mass storage and reboot the device so I can use it through Ultimate touchscreen control for android?
