Version 4.4.2 for Samsung Note 8

[AC Question]

Since my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has been updated to version 4.4.2, there are several things that have changed. One change is that I no longer have the application bar to the left which permitted a multi-window. Another change is that on my keyboard, I am able to change from English to French, but I no longer can change to Italian. Before, I was able to have the three languages.

Does anyone know what to do about these problems?

Welcome to the forums. The Multi window may have been disabled when you updated. You can check to see if it is enabled in settings and Display, I think.

As for the languages, I do not know. Have you tried another keyboard?
