My Blu Advance 4.5 won't connect to the internet using Consumer Cellular

[AC Question]

We have a cell phone plan with Consumer Cellular. Anyone know how to help me configure my Blu Advance 4.5 unlocked gsm phone so I can use the data? It does connect to the internet using wifi but won't connect using Consumer Cellular. Thanks!
