How can I find the MEID & ICC ID when they are not on the box?

just got new Galaxy S5 page 5 of user guide for Virgin Mobil says :: When prompted, enter the serial numbers MEID & ICC ID located on the phones packaging.

Nope nothing on the packaging I found DEC & HEX numbers inside the phone when I opened it up to add the battery that is it.

How can I find these numbers so I may activate my phone? Anybody???

You can get that info in settings>about phone>status
