lost 4glte

I just dated my boost mobile s3 with with 4.4.2. and since then i dont get 4g lte. i cant get or send pics from my texts. I had the switch to just staight CDMA. If i leave it lte/cdma the phone barely works. Any help will be great. is there anyway to reupdate the o.s.

Did you clear cache in recovery and do a factory data reset after the update?
