S3 wont connect to wifi

[AC Question]

I have tried everything but I still can not connect to the Wi-Fi, everyone else in the office can I could connect a few days ago.
I have tried *# which I found online that did not help. I have deleted the Wi-Fi and reconnected to the Wi-Fi but still does not connect. I have removed the battery still no change. Now I don't know what to do, anyone please help me I don't want to factory reset cause I will lose all my apps
