S5 issues when wifi on

When the wifi is on i cant receive calls but as soon as its off the calls come in no problem.

Do you have WiFi calling on that phone?
If so, do you remember doing anything to the settings that might have done this?

i havent got a clue the only wifi setting i altered was the Smart network switch but on or off it doesn't matter. with the wifi on when people try to ring me it says my phone is unavailable but the second i switch it off I receive calls ok.
