Wi-Fi wont turn on

[AC Question]

I have an android tablet sencor element 7 v3 android 4.0.4 ICS . It was a little slow so I searched for how to expand my ram and I encountered an app "link2sd". I moved my filemanager,Download manager, browser and a bunch of other things to my sdcard.after this I tried to download an app from play store but it gave me an error and nothing would download so I did a factory reset and after that my sdcard formatted and there was no file manager or any thing else so now i cant even access the internet from it or do anything else.I sent a file manager from my other acc. to this acc. and when i tried to turn wifi on it would automatically turn off. So if anyone can tell me how to fix it ill be really thankful
