Upgrade Issues

[AC Question]

I got a prompt this morning to do a system upgrade on my HTC. Now my text messages won't load and I've lost my standard ringtones. Is there any way to undo this?

Try three things: a Soft Reset...Power Off and Restart; a Cached Data wipe, via Settings, Storage; and a Cache Partition wipe in Recovery Mode.
