1. I transferred my contacts from my Samsung Tablet GT-N8000 to my Samsung S5 mini. Only the Google contacts were transferred. How do I get the Samsung contacts transferred .
2. Can I save my Samsung contacts to my Google contacts

You would have to make sure your Samsung contacts are " sync'd " with your Gmail account or you can manually export them to file from within your People's settings and then transfer and import them into your new device.
