Nexus 4 Call Issues

[AC Question]

I can't seem to make or receive calls. I made one call this morning, but now the phone will not work. I can still send and receive texts. Any advice?

Try Settings, Apps, All, scroll to the Phone app, and clear cache and data. Also perform a Soft Reset....Power Off the phone, followed by Restart.
If no go, please report back and we'll try something else.

Welcome to Android Central! If the above doesn't work, I'd give your wireless provider a call and see if there's a problem with the network or with your SIM card.
