Try resetting app preferences. Settings>Apps>>menu>reset app preferences. This sometimes helps with Play issues.


this is the only solution in that link. there is no ton of info. This solution I pasted here does not work for me.

1. go to app manager under setting 2. choose google play store 3. uninstall update 4. restart the device.
