Why can't I install any apps via usb?

I cant install any apps or via usb i did a factory reset but to no avail
ive been all over the web trying to find a solution
does anyone know how to fix this??

Man i had the ssame problem in my little sisters new tab. The only way is to flash a new firmware on it.

First, is it a memory problem? What happens when you try to install an app or copy a file to the phone (they're not the same thing)? We need the actual wording of any error messages you get. The make and model of your phone would help us to help you better. It would also help us if you looked at Settings/General/Storage and told us how much free storage you have (bottom of the Device Memory list).
