Why is my phone saying I have an authentification problem when I try to connect my new tablet to TalkTalk?

I have excellent signal wifi enabled Bluetooth on but keep getting auth problem

Try turning Bluetooth off first. They're on the same frequency and can interfere with each other. If it still happens, call Talktalk tech support - they can look up the line and see what's happening when you try to connect (assuming that you get someone who's somewhat competent).
