Why am I getting the error message your battery temperature is high and then it dicharges quickly?

[AC Question]

XOLO Q700 display "your battery temperature is high" and dicharge quikly.

XOLO Q700 - always display "your battery is over temperature please remove your battery ". I have reset my phone and even reboot but then also it's displaying the same text and battery runoff quikly.

If it happens after a factory reset, I'd suspect a bad battery first, then corrupt firmware. Check Settings/General/Battery and see if one process is using almost all your battery. Either Google or the screen (depending on whether you've had the screen on a lot recently) should be the highest. Google normally runs in the 20%-30% range. The screen can run as high as 60%. If anything else is over 50%, that's probably the culprit.
