Diagnostic Driver install

CP RNDIS+DM+MODEM - Diagnostic driver not loading when in this mode, and not showing up anywhere. I have tried everything please help me with how I can make my phone show up in this mode on my pc.

Depends on the phone. If it's capable of Chromecasting (see Chromecast mirroring) or, if your phone isn't on the list and you're willing to learn a little, see Enable Chromecast's Screen Mirroring on Any Rooted Android Device Running KitKat « Chromecast.

If it's a Samsung phone and a Samsung smart TV, Settings/Connections/Screen mirroring (at the bottom of the page).

Edit: I really should read before I post. Ignore this post. I read TV, not PC. Lavenia is probably right.
