Why is my Samsung Galaxy S4 hanging frequently?

persistant samsung galaxy s4 problems

i have a metropcs s4 unlocked but for about a week its giving me some problems these are the problems:
1: it hangs quite frequently 5 to six times a day
2: the speaker and earpiece stop working but start again after restarted device by removing battery
3: speaker and earpiece works for an hour but then stops working

some pls help me and yes my s4 is rooted

Have you cleared the App and System Caches? Have you Factory Resetted? Also, did you root the device yourself?....because if you did, I'm thinking you'd be technically savvy enough to have tried those things....or was it rooted when you bought?
