Why does my phone take so long to fully charge?

Hi...it so happened that i drained my lg g2 mini battery till 0% twice and after that incident my phone takes very long to charge...almost takes 6 to 7 hours to fully charge....it just happened almost one week now...tnx

Routinely discharging the battery heavily will shorten its life....it's best to recharge at 40-50% if possible. Although you've only done it twice, it may have done damage because, somehow or other, you've managed to reach 0%. The phone should power off with 3% charge remaining to protect the battery.
However, consider also the possibility that your USB lead, for example, may be faulty. You may want to check your USB port, too, for dirt or damage.
