How do I remove an app that has been grayed out on my Samsung galaxy S3 and device administrator is empty?

Hello. Welcome to Android Central.

Do you mean the icons are greyed out. Did you move them to an SD card?

Have you gone to Applications Manager and tried to uninstall, but every option is greyed out?

In that case they should be under the Disabled / Turned Off list in Applications Manager.

If you can come back with more information, that would be appreciated.
