Why the white bulb of my flash doesn't work?

Hi, I have a LG G3 and I noticed that the white bulb does not turn on, and when I take a picture on the dark, first turn on the yellow light but the pictures are dark!
Someone can help me please!

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry for the basic question, but the camera's flash is set to Automatic or On, right?

Does your phone have a flashlight app? Try turning that on--if it doesn't work, the LED flash might be faulty.

Yes, I tried with different flashlights apps, but only turn on one of the leds.

Before the last software up date, it was working, now I have android 5.0 and it doesn't work; I don't know if may be a problem with the last actualization.

If it's faulty, can I replace it?

Hmm--the way you describe it, it sure sounds like it's related to Lollipop somehow. See what happens if you boot into Safe Mode: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11934

It didn't work either.
So I think it was a coincidence. There is anyway, a way to fix the bad bulb?

If there's an easy way to do it by yourself, you'll probably find a video of it on YouTube. Otherwise, bring it to a repair shop or contact LG if it's still under warranty.
