RCA Tablet will not power up.

RCT6103W46 will not power on. Tried reset. Did not work.

Welcome to Android Central! Did this happen suddenly? Try keeping it plugged into a wall outlet for 10-12 hours without disturbing it, then try powering on again. Make sure to hold the button down for at least 10-15 seconds. If it still doesn't turn on, then it's probably a failed motherboard or battery.
