After receiving the latest android update My S5 is too slow to be worth using!

Phone is SM-G900V
Android version is 5.0

I hate this new version! probably works well with S6 but makes my S5 so slow I want to throw it across the room, It is hurting my business at this point so I need to go back to the previous version of the OS.

How do I do that? it seems like they force the update to happen with out regard to my needs. I said no to the update a number of times but the OS hounds you till you update, I must of inadvertently taped yes at some point!

Now I have what seems to be a boat anchor, I am only 1 year in to my two year commitment so I cant afford to upgrade the phone.

HELP!!!
