Why does my Samsung S6 disconnect itself from my VW Polo Vivo car radio bluetooth?

The S56 connects fine with my car radio via bluetooth initially then my car radio goes into safe mode. i have had to have my car radio reset a number of times

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds more like an issue with the car radio than with the phone. Is it the factory-installed system? If so, ask your VW dealer about it. Also see if there is a firmware update for the system available through VW.
