Why can't I use my Internet on my galaxy s5

I am connected to my home wifi but I can't use apps that use the Internet including chrome, snapchat, instagram, twitch, and clash of clans. When I try to open up these apps all I get is the loading screen. Other members in my family are not having this problem, just me. Ive tried restarting my phone several times and diconnecting then reconnecting to the wifi, but I still can't use the Internet. Can someone help me?

Welcome to Android Central! Even though other devices can connect, it is still worth rebooting the router (by unplugging its power for 10 seconds, then plugging it back in).
