Sony XPERIA Z3v audio not working correctly

[AC Question]

For all phone audio - phone calls, music, mic, anything - the audio does not go through headphones - wired or wireless, does not go through bluetooth.

I have installed the SoundAbout app and can manually switch to different audio devices and that works, but it's a major pain.

So I know audio works from my phone to headphones, wired or wireless but I can't get it to auto switch like it used to.

I hate to say it but have you tried doing a factory reset of your device to see if that fixes?
