My Samsung Note 10.1 Snow Screen

My battery ran out of juice and when I plugged in the power adapter to recharge and I turned it on, I got about 1 cm vertical white lines across the screen and nothing seemed to work. I could see my home screen but running my finger across the screen did nothing.

So I tried to turn it off and it wouldn't turn off. Just stayed on that screen until the battery ran out of power.

Now when I put the charger on it and power it up, I get just a snow screen and it won't turn back off.

The tablet was never dropped and this just happened all of a sudden.

Would appreciate any suggestions as to what is wrong with it.

Have you tried plugging it in to a different charger?

I've got the same problem, cant get past the snowy screen any suggestions?
